How much time in advance should I begin planning my renovation?
We encourage our clients to start planning their renovation as early as you can. Advanced planning depends on the scale of the project. Sometimes there may be engineering, permit applications, procurement of materials or a tight schedule, which require time to be completed aside from the renovation itself. So it is always advised to begin planning as early as possible..

Yes. At Orangen we provide a free in-home consultation. Whether you are planning a small bathroom remodel or a full home renovation, we will meet to discuss your wants, needs & budget.

Will the price for the work change or is it fixed?
The prices within your detailed quote are firm. However, with any home renovation, there are occasionally unexpected costs, or changes provided by the homeowner, that may occur once a project has started. In the event this occurs, our team will always discuss extra costs with you before proceeding with any changes to the renovation plan.
